Item The use of ultrasound for obtaining pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride(Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, Ukraine, 2016) Yurchenko, Oleg; Kalinenko, Olga; Baklanov, Olexandr; Baklanova, LarisaThe use of ultrasound (US) in the preparation of pharmaceutical grade (PG) sodium chloride by the sampling of final product from a vacuum evaporator during the process of obtaining the “Extra” class table salt at the crystallization stage of the sodium chloride has been investigated. The US had been used: 1) for the content control of the base matter – sodium chloride in the stock – natural brine (sonoluminescent spectroscopy method). It is necessary to create the appropriate crystallization conditions by the control of the vacuum evaporator parameters – temperature and pressure; 2) at the crystallization stage of the sodium chloride to reduce the co-crystallization between the sodium chloride and the sulfate ions. It has been shown that the use of US allows reducing the sulfate ions content in the final product and getting sodium chloride PG satisfying the requirements of pharmacopoeia standard (PS) 42-2572-88.Item Ultrasound in the determination of lead, copper and cadmium in the sugar and products on its basis(2016-01-30) Yurchenko, Oleg; Kalinenko, Olga; Baklanov, Olexandr; Belova, Elena; Baklanova, LarisaThe use of the simultaneous action of two ultrasonic frequencies and pulsed ultrasound in the analysis of sugar-based products for lead, copper and cadmium have been studied. It is shown that the use of two-frequency ultrasound improves the metrological performance analysis as compared to use only a single ultrasonic frequency. The technique of atomic absorption determination of lead, copper and cadmium with sensitivity 0,067, 0,013 i 0,004 mg / kg respectively have been proposed.Item Using dual-frequency ultrasound in intensifying the stage of mineralization of plant and animal foods(2016) Kalinenko, Olga; Baklanov, Olexandr; Makarov, VolodymyrA combined action of high and low frequencies ultrasound (US) for the intensification of wet mineralization of various foods has been studied. It is shown that the use of dual-frequency ultrasound can increase the degree of extraction and allows using one oxidizing agent for all foods. It allows creating a unified technique for the analysis of various alimentary products.
