The increase in the level of hemoglobin and iron in the blood of the newborn helps in the prevention of hypoxic complications and contributes to the further favorable development of the newborn.Item Analysis of awareness of the usage of emergency contraception pills in female students(2021-10-20) Гордієнко, Поліна Олексіївна; Hordiienko, Polina; Гордиенко, Полина Алексеевна; Лазуренко, Вікторія Валентинівна; Lazurenko, Viktoriia; Лазуренко, Виктория ВалентиновнаItem Analysis of early teenage pregnancies for HIV rates and obstetric complication at MPILO central hospital, Bulawayo-Zimbabwe(KNMU, 2018-05-24) Matowe, Chieza ChinayTeenage pregnancies are a growing global public health concern. Thirty (30) early teenager pregnant patients aged 13-17 years seen at the unit between January 1 to December 31 2016, were included in the study. Data were obtained from the registers in labour, antenatal/postnatal and neonatal wards. The incidence of early teenage pregnancies was approximately 5%. The HIV seropositive rate was lower than the hospital unit and national rates. The majority had no major obstetric complications but the commonest complication was severe preeclampsia.Item Anomalies of femail sexual organs and their communication with anomalies of the urinary system(KhNMU, 2017-03-24) Sesay-Tlahyoni, AbdulaiIn the detection of urogenital disorders in women, there are two basic principles. Rough malformations of the uterus and tubes are usually associated with abnormalities of the kidney and ureter. Development of gonads is separated from development of ducts. Therefore, functioning ovaries are usually present when the uterus and vagina are absent.Item Antibiotic resistance of microorganisms in patients with salpingitis(KhNMU, 2015-05-14) Tertyshnyk, AngelaItem Apoptosis in the femail rerproductive tract(KhNMU, 2017-05-24) Effiong, UdohApoptosis plays a major role during folliculogenesis and dominant follicle selection and also plays part in corpus luteum regression. During puberty, lumen formation is associated with the selective apoptosis of centrally located cells. In turn, postlactational involution of the mammary gland is characterized by the secretory epithelial cells undergoing programmed cell death.Item Assesment of pregnancy and delivery in women wiht gestational pyelonephritis(KNMU, 2013-05-16) Ганчева, Елена ВладимировнаDetect the frequency of pregnancy and delivery complications in women with gestational pyelonephritis/ The presence of gestational pyelonephritis leads to a number of complications such as habitual miscarriage, gestosis, anemia, planetary dysfunction, arrested antenatal development of the fetus.Item Assesment of pregnancy and delivery in women with gestational pyelonephritis(Kharkiv : KhNMU, 2013) Ганчева, Олена ВолодимирівнаThe presence of gestational pyelonephritis leads to a number of complications such as habitual miscarriage, gestosis, anemia, planetary dysfunction, arrested antenatal development of the fetus. Gestational pyelonephritis has a negative impact on the fetus being a source of an intrauterine infection.Item Association of preeclampsia with cerebrovascular disease(2022-01) Mohamed, Omer; Abdullaieva, NubarItem Cerebrovascular disease in pregnant woman(2021-10) Saswat, Sasmal; Abdullaieva, Nugar; Lazurenko, ViktoriiaItem Comporative characteristic of pathomorphological changes in the junctionbal zone ofthe uterus in adenomyosis and proloferative processes of the endometrium(KNMU, 2018-05-24) Mielikhova, TatyanaThe stroma of the endometrium and the junctional zone in adenomyosis and some proliferative processes of the endometrium differ both in the survey microscopic pattern and in the number and location of collagen fibers, which may be one of the differential criteria between the pathological processes studied in this study.Item Cryptomenorrhea due to mullerian agenesis and its relation to kidney abnormalities(KhNMU, 2017-05-24) Fernandes, Shriya; Grahams, RaynoldOn the basis of the background checks ran on these patients, results of their mothers during their gestational period having undergone exposure to teratogens especially during the beginning of their II trimester of pregnancy was obtained, with a handful of them suffering from TORCH infections; hence proving the relation between the defects formed during this embryonic period since the formation of kidney occurs simultaneously with the mullerian duct forthwith.Item Cyclic mastodynia in medical university students and ways of its corrections(2020-01-22) Yuntsova, KaterynaIn the complex treatment of cyclic mastodynia resulting from stress, it is necessary to include a herbal preparation, which can reduce its symptoms, and in some cases, completely level it.Item Derivatives of polyunsatured acids and their role in pathology of pregnancy(2021) Petrenko, AlinaOne of the main precursors of proinflammatory eicosanoids are arachidonic and linoleic acids. Excessive activation of these agents occur in the pathogenesis of complications during pregnancy. The aim of the study. Systematization of information on role of arachidonic and linoleic acids in pathological pregnancy, such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. Materials and methods. The symptoms of the diseases are the result of retrospective analysis based on case reports. Sources of information about pathophysiological processes were comparative analysis of foreign literature.Item Disturbances of vaginal microbiological status associated with chronic salpingoopharitis(2018-04-04) Konoval, Angela; Chepeliuk, Oleksandr; Ivakhnenko, DarinaStudies have shown that patients with chronic inflammatory disaeses have changes in vaginal microflora and it follows discoordination of functioning as a single ecosystem, manifested by disturbances of microbiological status. The high microbial density of the bacterial consortium, which colonizes the vagina, consists of conditionally pathogenic species, which makes possible the rapid development of destructive-inflammatory processes of the mucous.Item Early diagnosis of adenomiosis using immunochemical markers(KNMU, 2019-09-18) Mielikhova, Tatyana; Posokhova, Iruna; Sosonny, DanuloOn the basis of the obtained data, evidence of increased expression of Ki-67 proliferation protein and intensification of the neovascularization process in endometrial biopsies with underlying myometrium in adenomyosis and under conditions of combination of adenomyosis with hyperplastic processes, endometrial, be used as a diagnostic in detecting adenomyosis, including associated with hyperplastic endometrial processes. The prospect of our further research in this area is to study other markers of progression of adenomyosis in order to improve its early diagnosis on material obtained not only invasively but also non-invasively (blood serum), as well as finding methods for diagnosing the preclinical stage of the disease.Item Early diagnosis of osteoporosis in women with hypokinesia(KhNMU, 2022-11-23) Starkova, Violetta; Verkhova, HannaOne of the urgent problems that modern gynecology studies are the problem of osteoporosis.
