Development of medical students' transition skills based on the acquired hard skills and well-formed emotional intelligence

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of higher education medical students' transition skills that would help them adjust themselves to the employment environment, get the necessary experience, and gain the ability to adapt. The article states that the acquired hard skills and well-formed emotional intelligence may benefit the transition skills development. Стаття присвячена формуванню у студентів-медиків вищих навчальних закладів навичок перехідного періоду після закінчення навчання у ВНЗ, які б допомогли їм адаптуватися до трудового середовища, отримати необхідний досвід та набути здатності до адаптації. У статті стверджується, що набуті професійні навички та добре сформований емоційний інтелект можуть принести користь розвитку навичок перехідного періоду.
