Item Association of preeclampsia with cerebrovascular disease(2022-01) Mohamed, Omer; Abdullaieva, NubarItem Preeclampsia and hestosis as predictors of future cerebrovascular diseases in pregnant women(2021) Ovsiannikova, Kseniia; Smoliar, Stanislav; Abdullaieva, NubarGroup of hypertensive disorders among pregnant women is the most widespread hestosis and includes the following diseases: a gestational hypertension, a preeclampsia (PE) and an eclampsia. According to the term in Ukrainian MOH decree, PE is hypertension which arises after 20 weeks of pregnancy and includes proteinuria more than 0,3 g/l, also may include thrombocytopenia, renal insufficiency and pulmonary oedema. PE complicates 3-5% of first pregnancies and 5-10% of subsequent pregnancies. Several studies of later life of women underwent PE showed increasing of risk of arterial hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disorders, cognitive impairment, dementia and Alzheimer`s disease.Item Some manifistarion of cerebpovascular diseases in pregnant women(ХНМУ, 2023-02-13) Saswat, Sasmal; Rajnandini, Sharma; Abdullaieva, NubarAccording to some studies and data provided by PubMed.gov on, Cerebrovascular Disease (CVD) during pregnancy, it was found that, preeclampsia has a burden of around 10 million cases annually, appear not only during pregnancy, but also in the postpartum period. Hypertension in pregnancy which escalates to preeclampsia is the most commonly seen CVD abnormality in pregnant women. Acute cerebrovascular disorders, including posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS), ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) are severe complications of preeclampsia that can result in permanent maternal disability or death, so it needs to be managed timely and precisely. An increase in blood pressure from early pregnancy indicates the development of preeclampsia and may be a predictor of cerebrovascular disorders.
